Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use the Rytuz website or submit a project request.

Personal data processed

Identity and contact data: name, email address and optional phone number.

Project/request data: company or brand, project type, budget range, contact preference and project description.

Technical security data: transient connection and rate-limit signals may be processed to prevent abuse. First-party analytics records do not retain IP addresses, user agents, fingerprints or persistent user identifiers.

Purposes

Evaluating your project request, contacting you and managing pre-contract/quotation discussions.

Protecting the website, preventing abuse and identifying technical issues.

Understanding page usage and conversion flows at an aggregate level using cookie-free, identity-free event measurement.

Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically through the project form and use of the website.

Project-request data needed for pre-contract and project discussions is processed on the basis directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract under Article 5/2-c of Turkish Law No. 6698; security and cookie-free measurement data is processed on the legitimate-interest basis under Article 5/2-f, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

This notice is not used as a consent form, and submitting a project request is not bundled with separate marketing consent.

Transfers and recipient groups

Hosting, server and email-delivery providers may process data to the extent necessary to operate the site and deliver project requests.

Personal data is not sold to advertising networks or data brokers. Where a service provider's infrastructure results in an international transfer, applicable Turkish data-transfer rules and safeguards are to be followed.

Your rights and how to apply

You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, including learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, learning purposes and recipients, requesting correction or deletion where applicable, objecting to solely automated adverse results, and seeking compensation for unlawful processing where applicable.
