Rytuz aims to process only the data needed to provide services, respond to project requests, protect the site and understand basic usage.

What data do we collect?
When you submit a project brief, we may process information you provide such as name, company/brand, email, phone, project type, budget range, contact preference and project description.
When site measurement is enabled, only the event name, page path, language and timestamp are recorded. No persistent user identifier, advertising profile or analytics cookie is created.
Why do we use it?
To evaluate your project request and contact you.
To understand site performance, conversion flows and page usage at an aggregate level.
To prevent form abuse and technical security issues.
Transfers and service providers
Technical service providers such as email delivery infrastructure may be used to deliver project requests. They are used only for the relevant function.
Personal data is not sold to advertising networks or data brokers.
Cookies
The current Rytuz measurement layer does not use analytics cookies or load third-party advertising/tracking scripts.
If a future service requires cookies, the required notice and preference controls will be introduced before activation.
Retention and security
Data should be retained only for as long as needed for the relevant business purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Secrets are kept outside the repository; form submissions use server-side validation, spam protection and rate limiting.
